Sales Representatives
Wellbridge Sales Representatives are responsible for selling corporate and individual memberships to qualified prospects to meet or exceed personal monthly goals and team goals. A good candidate will demonstrate understanding of product knowledge including general exercise knowledge and equipment/programming availability. Sales Representatives will develop and maintain a prospect lead generation system for corporate and individual members by telemarketing, outside cold calling, club guest passes, walk-ins and member referrals while maintaining a prospect lead follow-up system. Candidates will also know how to utilize standardized sales techniques including greeting, interest, money, decision, presentation, closing and post sales skills.
