| General Summary: |
Wellbridge is currently searching for an EAST REGION DIRECTOR to oversee membership sales and operational management of the east region WELLBRIDGE ATHLETIC CLUBS & SPAS. Currently numbering 8 properties, the east region WELLBRIDGE ATHLETIC CLUBS & SPAS includes facility locations in Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, and Missouri. The position of EAST REGION DIRECTOR may choose to be based out of St. Louis, Tampa, or Atlanta. Relocation provided.
The EAST REGION DIRECTOR implements corporate-developed strategy throughout east region club properties to ensure achievement of revenue goals. Also responsible for executing corporate objectives relative to club operation, delivery of programs and services, and ensuring consistent delivery of quality. This position provides ongoing management of General Managers and Sales Managers to provide direction, training, development and support.

| Qualifications: |
This leadership position requires a degree from an accredited, four-year college or university. Minimum of five years experience in upper-level management position within the industry is also required. Experience overseeing multiple properties/facilities in multiple states is essential for success. This regional-level position reports to the Executive Team and therefore requires a professional experienced in monthly/annual reporting, analysis, and presentation.
Thorough knowledge of club operations helpful. Previous experience as a General Manager and/or Sales Manager preferred. Applicants should possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills with high level of computer proficiency. Wellbridge is specifically seeking a leader with high standards in ethics and member service.

| Additional Requirements: |
Job candidates must be able to demonstrate project management skills, successful revenue/cost center management, and prove above average performance in the capacity of sales/lead generation (if applicable to resume.)
